Originally a talented poultry specialist for Campbell Soup Co. by trade, Bill Odom branched off the corporate life and began to sell quail to neighbors and friends. He founded Manchester Farms in 1974, and the business is now owned by Bill's daughter, Brittney Miller, and her husband, Matt Miller.
They raise happy, healthy birds in the most responsible, humane ways and with absolutely no growth hormones or antibiotics. What started as a small business has now come a long way, producing up to 80,000 quail each week. They offer a variety of products, including bone-in and semi-boneless quail, quail eggs, and bacon-wrapped quail, and deliver anywhere in the country. You can even find them on the shelves in several grocery stores.
