Nothing beats that first bite of a classic hot dog; that moment where the tang of yellow mustard and sweet ketchup come together with toasty buns and smoky meatiness into one simple but timeless flavor experience. These hot dogs are made entirely with grass-fed beef.
Heat your grill to high, about 500° F.
Slice hot dog buns, and remove hot dogs from packaging.
Place hot dogs across grill grates, and cook until marked and seared, about 1 minute.
Rotate dogs 1/4 turn, and sear until well marked, 30 seconds-1 minute more. Repeat 2 more times to mark and sear all over. Toast buns, if desired.
Serve dogs with mustard and ketchup as desired, and enjoy!
