The seasonings in this dish make eating beef a whole new experience. The blend of cumin and cinnamon creates a flavor that you just can’t quite put your finger on in the best possible way, and the richness of green onion enhances the natural flavor of the beef. This beef is served alongside creamy, buttery grits from Riverview Farms and a salty, crispy cauliflower. This dish is filling and hearty but doesn’t seem overly indulgent.
*Pro Tip: For all of you instagram stars, we think that plating each recipe separately looks great for #peachdishmeal pictures, but the dish “eats” better all mixed into one bowl.
