This seasoning goes well with any and all ground meats. It contains no nitrates or nitrites and has whole milk powder that acts as a tenderizer and binding agent. It has spice, but is not too spicy for kids and is therefore essential when grilling. Simply add 2 tablespoons to 1 pound of ground meat to season fully and you have meat that is ready to be made into burgers, meatballs, or sausage links.
