METHOD

MISE EN PLACE • Peel orange; slice crosswise into thin rounds. • Juice lemon. • Peel and finely chop shallot. • Thinly slice radishes. • Thinly slice green onion. • Pick and chop thyme leaves. • Arugula • Rinse and drain beans.

In a large bowl, whisk together shallot, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1/4 teaspoon Friends Forever salt.

• Toss in orange, radish, beans and green onion. • Toss in arugula.

• Toss in walnuts. • Divide salad between 2 plates. • Crumble goat cheese over salads, and drizzle honey over all.

Top salad with thyme and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired with Friends Forever salt. Enjoy!
