Heat oven to 425° F.
Prepare your mise en place: Finely chop bacon. Halve okra lengthwise. Peel and mince garlic.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon, stirring often, until browned and nearly crisp, about 4 minutes. Transfer bacon to a small bowl, leaving fat in the pan. Set skillet aside. Stir balsamic relish into bacon.
On a plate, toss okra with 2 teaspoons cooking oil, 1/4 teaspoon Campfire Salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until okra is tender and lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Toast buns as desired.
While okra is cooking make the burger patties. In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, 1/4 teaspoon Campfire Salt, mustard, garlic and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well, but gently, to avoid compacting or overworking the meat. (Your hands might work best here.) Divide the meat mixture into two balls, and then press gently to flatten them into patties about 1/2-inch thick and 5 inches in diameter. The patties will be loose and soft, but firm up nicely when browned in your pan.
Warm reserved bacon fat in the skillet over medium heat. When the fat begins to sizzle, carefully add burger patties and cook until browned on the first side, 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the second side until cooked all the way through, about 5 minutes more.
Place a burger inside each warm bun, topped with bacon-balsamic-onion relish and micro greens. Serve with roasted okra, and enjoy!
