Chicken Breast with Barley, Snap Beans, Tomato & Pan Gravy

Prepare your mise en place: Crush and peel 2 garlic cloves; peel and mince 1more garlic clove. Trim ends from green beans, and cut beans into 2-inch pieces. Halve tomatoes.
In a small saucepan with a lid combine barley, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 1 3/4 cups water and 1/4 teaspoon PeachDish Salt. Place over high heat. When liquid comes to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer, and cover saucepan. Cook until barley is tender but not mushy, 12-15 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid, stir in 1 pat butter, and set aside off heat, covered to keep warm.
Season chicken on all sides with 1/4 teaspoon PeachDish Salt.
Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon cooking oil. When oil is hot add the chicken. Cook without moving until browned on bottom, 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook until the chicken is opaque all the way through, firm to the touch, and browned on the second side, 3-4 minutes. Remove chicken from pan, and set aside covered, to rest.
Return sauté pan to medium-high heat, and add remaining 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Add green beans, and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 clove minced garlic.
Add remaining 1 pat butter to pan. Once butter has melted, stir in flour. Add tomato and Bragg Liquid Aminos. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup water. Continue to cook until liquid comes to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook until beans are fully tender, 4-5 minutes.
Stir in pecan pieces. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired with remaining PeachDish Salt.
Slice chicken against the grain. Divide barley between 2 plates, and top with vegetables, gravy and chicken. Enjoy!
