Sweetgrass Dairy Green Hill with Elderberry Jelly

Start the evening off with rich and creamy Green Hill cheese from Georgia’s famous Sweet Grass Dairy. Served with toasted slices of bread and ethereal elderberry jelly, each bite is a bit of magic. A slightly sweeter style Champagne from France is the way to start the Valentine's Day Dinner. Suggestion: Champagne Taittinger Nocturne Sec, France

Filet Mignon over Buttery Mashed Potatoes

We’ve found the perfectly marbled, properly aged, Georgia Grown ribeye for your steak-loving sweetheart. The big steak rests on a fluffy mound of garlic-laced mashed potatoes, with a piquant, vinaigrette-dressed arugula salad to complement its robust flavor. Suggestion: Vietti Barolo, Rocche di Castiglione, Italy

Spicy Wild Alaskan Cod Curry

Spicy foods are an aphrodisiac, and the main course will have you and your sweetheart feeling the heat. Rich coconut milk mellows and soothes the heat from the curry, which is further balanced by crisp bok choy and mild, wild-caught cod. The fish, vegetables and flavorful broth are spooned over sensually fragrant jasmine rice. Suggestion: Hugel Gentil, Alsace, France

Creamy Egg Noodles with Mushrooms

Cozy up to your sweetheart with this vegetarian take on classic stroganoff. Earthy mushrooms and rich egg noodles bathe in a light, tangy sour cream sauce, while poppy seeds spark the palate with every forkful. Suggestion: Becker Pinot Noir, Pfalz, Germany

Kathleen McDaniel's Flourless Chocolate Cake with Cinnamon-Spiced Whipped Cream

Dessert is likely to get you giggling with your date as you each shake your own jar of cream to a dense whip. The cinnamon-spiced cream, along with delicate chocolate shavings, enhance a velvety and decadent flourless chocolate cake. Suggestion: Croft Tawny Port

Nicobella Truffles

For that little extra sweetness at the end, we recommend adding a six-pack of chocolate perfection in beautiful little bites. Chocolate-filled Nicobella truffles are the perfect punctuation to a fabulous meal! Suggestion: Croft Tawny Port
