A Visit from Chef Steven Satterfield

We are so excited to feature one of both PeachDish and Atlanta's favorite chefs in this upcoming week's round of menus. Steven Satterfield joined us in the test kitchen to dish up Broccoli Fried Rice from his new cookbook "Root to Leaf." “As easy as fried rice is to make, there is a bit of a strategy,” he says. “It’s important to organize your prep in advance, as each step requires ingredients to be at the ready.”

Satterfield is the chef and owner at the award-winning Atlanta restaurant Miller Union. You can purchase "Root to Leaf" in our store, and be sure to order your Broccoli Fried Rice meal by Sunday at midnight!
